Playbooks
Most books about work end when you close them. You agree with every chapter, and on Monday nothing changes.
Gianluca Cinquepalmi writes playbooks for Creativeldrs to close that gap. Each one takes on a single hard thing at work: toxic managers, complex decisions, messy problems, finding time for innovative work. Playbookx is the app where you read them, listen to them, and run them.
A playbook is a sequence of steps. Each step is a chapter to read, or to listen to while following along in the text, and a play to run: a worksheet about your own situation, not a hypothetical one. A play closes with a reflection, and the next chapter opens once you mark the current one read and understood. Each playbook starts with a free two-minute test, like "What's your pH?" before Toxic Managers.
Beside the book sits Litmus, an AI companion that knows where you are in the playbook and sees the worksheet as you filled it in, so it helps you apply the play to your case instead of repeating the chapter.
Playbooks work for teams too. You invite people to a circle with a link, and a sponsor can choose to pay for others and approve them one by one.
How: I built it with Gianluca as a mobile-first web app: React and TypeScript, an API that runs Litmus on GLM 5.3 Flash with a daily spending cap, and Stripe for buying a playbook or a year of all access. Toxic Managers is out now; the other playbooks are in production.
